Final Results Event – Maritime Employment and Key Competencies Development

On December 26, 2025, at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, the Final Results Event was held within the framework of the Agency’s pilot sub‑programs Promoting Employment in the Maritime Sector and Key Competencies DevelopmentAs part of the maritime employment sub‑program, the Professional Skills Hub implemented a 20‑week training module for cruise ship waiters, bartenders, and receptionists. The course was designed in accordance with the requirements of the international maritime labor market and the standards of leading cruise companies.

A total of 26 beneficiaries successfully completed the training. As of today, 14 graduates have already passed interviews, and 11 of them received employment offers immediately after their first interview.

During the event, graduates were awarded bilingual certificates confirming the completion of the course, which will serve as a foundation for new career opportunities in the maritime industry.

Certificates were also awarded to graduates of the Agency“s pilot sub‑program Key Competencies Development.
